Apr 14, 2008 · I’ve been having a lot of muscle tightness in my neck, shoulders, face, and jaw. It’s been driving me crazy and very painful. I got a trigger point massage last week and she worked on all of these areas including my face and I feel a lot better.

Recently I have been experiencing "tightness" in my face too. But its only on my nose. The best way i can describe it is like having a blackhead strip stuck to your nose constantly.
